British-Swedish singer-songwriter Mabel will release her upcoming second studio album “About Last Night...” on July 15, 2022.
The statement revealed what has inspired her new album. She avidly watched and re-watched Paris Is Burning, Pose and Drag Race between writing songs, reflecting on how dance music became a generational hub for expression, liberation and inclusion.
The album comprises 13-track, featuring guest appearances from Jax Jones, Galantis, Lil Tecca and 24kGoldn.
From the album, she released the third single called “Let Love Go” on June 29, 2022, following “Good Luck” with Jax Jones and Galantis, and “Overthinking” with 24kGoldn.
This time, she teamed up with American rapper Lil Tecca on the track.
The track was written by Mabel McVey, Rachel Keen, Samuel George Lewis, Uzoechi Emenike, Tre Jean-Marie, Jordan Riley, Anton Göransson, Lil Tecca and Tyshane Thompson.
Produced by SG Lewis, Neave Applebaum, Anton Göransson, Mark Ralph and Cameron Gower Poole.
Also, she performed the song on Vevo live series.
