Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ Young the Giant Returns With New Song “Wake Up”
American rock band Young the Giant, consisting of Sameer Gadhia (vocals), Jacob Tilley (guitar), Eric Cannata (guitar), Payam Doostzadeh (bass), and Francois Comtois (drums), returned with a new song “Wake Up” on June 15, 2022.
The song is their first music since the 2018 album “Mirror Master”.
Also it is the first single off of their upcoming fifth studio album “American Bollywood”.
The track was written by Eric Cannata, Sameer Gadhia, Jacob John Tilley, Payam Doostzadeh and Francois Comtois. Produced by Rob Cohen, John Hill and Young the Giant.
The band shared on social media, “'Wake Up' is where this story begins: a fever dream from the poet Vyasa of past lives and visions, the journey of this band and all of our collective identity over the last four years, and the prologue to our fifth studio album: American Bollywood.”
