Olivia Rodrigo Drops New Music Video for “traitor”
American singer-songwriter Olivia Rodrigo has dropped a new music video for “traitor” directed by Olivia Bee.
Before dropping this video, she released a live video for the song from Sour Prom. But this marks the official video, following clips for “Brutal,” “Good 4 U,” “Deja Vu,” and her mega-hit “Drivers License”.
The clip features home video-esque footage, including her friends, walking through an arcade, and taking a late-night swim.
The song is included on her debut album “Sour”, which was released back in May. The album reached No. 1 on the US Billboard 200 and the UK Albums chart.
Olivia Rodrigo said of the song, I wrote most of “traitor” on my bedroom floor in Salt Lake City. I sort of forgot about it until I sent a bunch of voice memos to Dan [Nigro] and he said he liked this. We finished it up together and I really like the way it turned out. It sort of feels like an old country song to me, which I’m obsessed with.- source : YouTube
