Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ Logic Unveils New Song “Homicide” featuring Eminem
American rappers Logic and Eminem teamed up for a new song “Homicide”. The track marks the first time the rappers have collaborated on a song together.
Both rappers first met in February 2019, when Logic opened for Eminem at a concert in Hawaii.
The track samples comedian Chris D’Elia’s Marshall Mathers-approved Eminem impression.
The song will appear on Logic’s upcoming fifth studio album “Confessions of a Dangerous Mind”.
Logic said, “I was pretty chill about it… but of course I’m ecstatic… It was awesome and amazing to be recognized by one of my favorite MCs of all time, one of my favorite artists… I fuck with him. I want to work with him. I want to do a song with him. I think that could be pretty cool.”
Chris D’Elia tweeted, “Hey. So @Eminem and @Logic301 put my impression of Em on their new song. It comes out this Friday. I’ve known for a few days but since it’s Friday in some countries, I’m tweeting it now. Things like this are just... unreal to me. Thanks, guys!”- source : Rolling Stone
