Chicago-based DJ duo Louis The Child and American singer-songwriter MAX have dropped a new music video for “Dear Sense”.
The song will feature alongside the Wafia-assisted “Better Not” on Louis The Child’s upcoming EP "Kids at Play" which is due out October 19.
The video was directed by Morgan Gruer, who created the visual seamlessly combines live action footage and animation.
The song was released in early August, "Lyrically, the song speaks to sense as if it were a human," the duo said of the song. "We feel everyone has moments where life feels like it doesn't make sense, and sometimes when we feel we've finally made sense of things, it quickly goes away. This song is about dealing with this constant loss of sense."- Louis the Child will embark on The Dear Sense Tour this fall, with a charitable cause that’s close to hometown closely intertwined into its mission.
One dollar of every ticket sold will benefit the Greater Chicago Food Depository to continue the fight against hunger in local communities.
The tour kicks off at Danforth Music Hall in Toronto on November 7th.
