Los Angeles-based Australian pop rock singer-songwriter Sam Fischer released a new song “Hopeless Romantic” along with a music video on October 15, 2021.
This year, he collaborated with Demi Lovato for “What Other People Say”, Sam Feldt for “Pick Me Up” and Yung Bae for “Silver and Gold”.
But the new song is his second own music following "Simple", which was released back in May.
It was written by Mark Landon, Aidan Rodriguez and Marc-lo. Produced by Aidan Rodriguez and M-Phazes.
Sam Fischer said, “This song is for the lovers, the romantics, the ones who cry in the shower and then immediately go laugh on the dance floor.”
He continued, “I was actively refusing to accept the reality and instead romanticising a version of life that just simply didn’t exist. That’s really what Hopeless Romantic is about. I try to write uncomplicated, honest truths about myself. Honesty and vulnerability should be celebrated, and if the last five years have taught me anything it’s that you should never be afraid to be your honest self.”- source : Apple Music
