Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ Tora Releases New Song “Call On Me”
Amsterdam-based Australian electro-pop band Tora released a new song “Call On Me” with an accompanying music video on July 1, 2021.
The song is the third single off of their upcoming third studio album “A Force Majeure”, following “Why Won't You Wait” and “When Will I Learn”.
The video was directed by Bob Sizoo and Najim Jansen.
Tora said of the song, “'Call On Me''is a study of fictional characters pursuing each other whilst trapped within a town or place that feels hostile. The looping of days becoming nights with little to break the monotony, still not able to connect despite the time to do so. The chorus is the release of this feeling, exploring the dichotomy between feeling trapped in a mood or place and then having your location or freedom liberate you. New places, people and landscapes providing perspective to a cloudy mind.”
The new album comprises of 11-track, featuring guest appearances from Angie Hudson, Molly Nicholson and Asha Franco.
