Astrid S Shares New Version of “Hurts So Good”
Back in October 2020, Norwegian singer-songwriter Astrid S released her long-awaited “Leave It Beautiful”. The album reached No.2 on the Norwegian Albums chart.
After releasing the debut album, she shares a new version of “Hurts So Good” as ”Slow + Reverb”. The new version is changed audio speed and pitch.
The original version of the song was released in 2016 from her self-titled debut EP. It was written by Lindy Robbins, Julia Michaels, Tom Meredith, and Marco Borrero.
At that time, Astrid S said of the song, “That's actually the only song I haven't [written]. It's a song about a relationship between a girl and a boy, or anyone. You really want to be with the person, but it's hurtful in some ways, or maybe it doesn't work out, or there are reasons that you can't be together, but you really want to. It's just this torn feeling of not being with the person you want to be with, but you really want to. I really relate to 'Hurt So Good.' I love this song so much.”
The single became Gold disc in the US.- source : YouTube
