Madeleine Mayi Releases New Song “ITRL”
Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter Madeleine Mayi released a new song “ITRL” (In The Right Light) on December 2nd.
The song is the third single off of her upcoming debut album, following “Love Me” and “Friendly Fires”.
It was written by Madeleine Mayi and produced by Cole Mitchell. The track features her soft voice and melody with a simple guitar sound.
Madeleine Mayi said of the song, “'ITRL' is a song about denial. It's about seeing the world from this frozen state, right after something traumatic happens. When you can't really tell when things are good or bad, or you're hurting. It's just that limbo time, where things feel confusing. That's what in the right light is.”
The debut album is her first project since the 2018 EP "Shy" and is set to be released on Valentine's Day, 2021. Stay tuned.- source : Spotify
