girl in red Releases New Song “rue”
Norwegian alt-pop singer-songwriter Marie Ulven, aka girl in red has unveiled a new song “rue” along with a music video.
Co-written and co-produced by Marie Ulven and Matias Tellez. The music video was directed by Niels Windfeldt.
“A lot of people don't know about mental health,” Marie Ulven explains in a press release. “People lack knowledge and don't understand that your mental health isn't necessarily who you are. You can be depressed but that doesn't mean you don't want to go outside or you don't have feelings. To me it's not taboo at all to talk about mental health. Everyone has a mental health. I don't see talking about sex as a taboo thing either.”
The track will appear on her upcoming debut album, which further details of which have not yet been revealed.
“The album is still cooking and I want to be sure that I put the best stuff on there. I want it to feel present and close to me. I've got plenty of bangers that are still on the table,” she said.- source : Northern Transmissions
