Alison Wonderland Premieres New Music Video for “Easy”
On April 6th, Sydney-based EDM DJ Alison Wonderland released her sophomore album "Awake" for the first time in three years. The album was preceded by four singles "Church", "No", "High" and "Easy".
She dropped a new music video for "Easy" directed by Bo Mirhosseni on April 30th. The track was written by Joel Little and Alison Wonderland.
The new album comprises of 14-track and reached number one on the US Dance Chart.
Alison Wonderland said of the song;
"This song is really meaningful to me…I wrote this song about an actual incident that had happened. I woke up feeling very very very depressed, borderline suicidal. I calmly walked to the bathroom and I closed the door and I quietly sat on the floor and I cried for about an hour…Sometimes you get in this headspace where you’re like, 'Go away, find someone easier! I fucking suck'. When I did play it to people, they were like, 'Are you OK?'…It’s probably one of my favourite songs on the album."-
