gavn! Releases New Song “Open Arms (Hallelujah)”
American singer-songwriter Gavin Maher, aka gavn! has released the fourth single called “Open Arms (Hallelujah)” since the 2023 EP “roots”.
The song delves into the universal struggle of embracing convictions without tangible proof and encapsulates the profound experience of grappling with doubt and uncertainty while finding glimmers of truth amidst the shadows.
It was written by Gavin Donald Maher, Micah Premnath, and Drew Pearson who also produced the track.
A live performance music video that incorporates a full band will be coming in mid-May.
“This release came together because I wanted to shed light on something I felt like a lot of people aren't talking about these days, which is, struggling to have faith when everything points against it,” gavn! said of the song. “I wanted to create a song that showcased the way it is possible to persevere through the mental battles we deal with as people in this life and find a purpose with your spirituality.”- He shared on social media, “This is one of my favorite records I've made and I'm so excited to get it out into the world. It's awesome to see how much it's been resonating with people for the past few weeks so I'm happy it's finally yours. I hope you can find peace in whatever you may be going through.”
