Griff Drops New Live Video for “Vert1go vol. 1”
British singer-songwriter Griff has dropped a new live video for the EP “Vert1go vol. 1”.
She filmed the video at Queen's House in Greenwich, London.
Griff said, “A little while ago I went with my team to Greenwich on a very cold day to film this full live set of Vol.1 to wrap up this chapter.”
She performed four songs “Vertigo”, “Into The Walls”, “19th Hour”, and “Astronaut”.
The EP, including “Vertigo”, “Into The Walls” and “19th Hour”, was released back in October. Then she added “Astronaut” to complete the EP on December 6, 2023.
On “Astronaut”, British rock band Coldplay's Chris Martin played the piano.
The EP was produced by Griff, LOSTBOY, Sam Tsang , Bill Rahko and Siba.- Griff said of the EP, “This collection of songs are fragile and insular and desperately heartbroken (as usual). I've been with these songs day in day out, letting them evolve and change.”
She continued, “All of these songs are me just trying to keep up with my own emotions and figure out what I'm thinking. I feel like I've written all of them from a place of feeling a bit upside down and a bit lost, which I think is a natural feeling when you're a young woman entering adulthood.” - source : Apple Music
