  • Maluridé Releases New Song “Shadows”

  • Hungarian electronic pop band Maluridé, consisting of Júlia Viszkeleti (vocals), Farkas Virág Zazie (keyboards) and Milán Hodován (production), released a new song “Shadows” on May 26, 2023.

The song is one of the singles from their forthcoming album release this October, as the band has been awarded by the Hungarian National Cultural Fund for begginer musicions for the year 2023.
It was written by Viszkeleti Júlia, Farkas Virág, and Hodován Milán who also produced the track.
The accompanying music video was directed by Vida Benedek.
The band lead singer Júlia Viszkeleti said of the song, “This song is very dear to me. When I wrote it, I wasn't sure if I would ever reveal, or show these feelings of mine to the world. I had a vision of how the song – which was unfinished at that time - could be fulfilled, but I needed Zazie and Milan to create the final arrangement of the song. There was a complete mutual understanding between us and the song itself immediately. This is the song that I like to sing at the concert the most, I always get really excited when we can finally share it with the people. If Maluride had to be introduced in one song, for me it would be the Shadows.”
  • The Maluridé formation was formed in the spring of 2020, and in the current line-up they are playing music together from the spring of 2022. The band's alternative music genre is based on the foundations of pop and electronic music, but at the same time, with their lyrical, text-centered vocals, they also select from the toolbox of classical harmonies. They were included in the top 10 songs of the pop category at Telekom Electronic Beats' 2022 SZELEKTOR competition, and are currently supported productions of the 2023 season of the Voice Recording Program.
