Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ Macklemore Releases New Song “HEROES” featuring DJ Premier
American rapper Macklemore released a new song “HEROES” from his upcoming third studio album “BEN” on January 20, 2023.
This time, he recruited American DJ Christopher Martin, aka DJ Premier on the track.
The song is the fourth single off of the album, following “Chant” with Tones and I, “Maniac” with Windser, and “Faithful” with NLE Choppa.
The track was written by Ben Haggerty, Joshua 'Budo' Karp, Terrance B Cole, Christopher Martin, and Joshua Rawlings. Produced by Budo.
The accompanying music video was directed by Macklemore and Jake Magraw.
The new album is set to be released on March 3, 2023 and comprises 16-track, featuring guest appearances from Tones and I, Windser, NLE Choppa, DJ Premier, and more.
It is his first album in six years since the 2017 album “Gemini”.
Macklemore emberks on 'The BEN' tour in support of the album in the UK and Europe. The tour kicks off at 3Arena in Dublin, Ireland on April 4, 2023.
