Dutch DJ Martin Garrix teamed up with Dutch DJ duo DubVision to release a new song “Starlight (Keep Me Afloat)” on April 15, 2022.
They recruited Maltese singer-songwriter Shaun Farrugia on the track.
The song will appear on Martin Garrix's upcoming long-awaited debut album “Sentio”, which is out on April 29, 2022.
Martin Garrix first performed the song at Lollapalooza Chile in March.
It was written by Martijn Garritsen, Shaun Farrugia, Hampus Lindvall and Giorgio Tuinfort. Produced by Martin Garrix and DubVision.
Shaun Farrugia said, “Martin and I crossed paths unexpectedly through a mixture of TikTok and a mutual friend, Albin Nedler. From day one, the synergy in the studio was like no other, and I think you can hear it in the records. Starlight is a record written with love and honesty, honest in its lyrics, but also honest to all of our styles. I hope you love it as much as we do!”
