Last November, British synth-pop duo Let's Eat Grandma, consisting of Rosa Walton and Jenny Hollingworth, announced their upcoming third studio album “Two Ribbons” would be released on April 8, 2022.
From the album, the duo released the third single called “Happy New Year” on January 3, 2021, following the album title and “Hall of Mirrors”.
The track was written by Rosa Walton and Jenny Hollingworth and the accompanying music video was directed by Noel Paul.
“I’d been struggling to come to terms with the fact that our relationship had changed,” Rosa Walton said of the song. “But as the song and time progresses [I’ve] come to accept that it couldn’t stay the way it was when we were kids forever and start to view it as a positive thing — because now we have been able to grow into our own individual selves.”
The new album comprises 10-track and is their first LP in four years.- source : Apple Music
