British singer-songwriter Adele will release her fourth studio album “30” this Friday (November 19th) for the first time in 6 years.
Prior to the release of the album, she has shared a performance video for a new song “To Be Loved” on social media.
In the clip, she sang the song while casually sitting in a living room with accompanying live piano.
On November 14th, in the interview the primetime special with Oprah Winfrey, Adele revealed that she had played “To Be Loved” to her estranged father before he died in May after an eight-year battle with cancer.
“My main goal in life is to be loved in love. And so I wanted to play it to my dad being like, 'You're the reason I haven't done that yet'. He was the reason I haven't fully accessed what it is to be in a loving relationship with somebody.”
“To Be Loved” is the 11th track of the album. It was written by Adele and Tobias Jesso Jr.- source : Instagram
