Scottish synth-pop band CHVRCHΞS appeared on Australian radio station triple j's Like A Version, where the band performed Kendrick Lamar's “LOVE.” cover and their new song "Graffiti". This program is similar to BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge.
“LOVE.” was released by American rapper Kendrick Lamar in October 2017. The song features soul singer Zacari and is included on his fourth studio album "Damn". It was written by Lamar, Zacari Pacaldo, Teddy Walton, Sounwave, Greg Kurstin, and Anthony Tiffith.
The single reached No. 11 on the US Billboard Hot 100.
"Graffiti" appears on their latest album "Love Is Dead", which was released back in May. It was written by Iain Cook, Martin Doherty, Lauren Mayberry and Greg Kurstin.
This time, they performed the song live for the first time on radio.
"Love Is Dead" reached No. 11 on the US Billboard 200 and No. 7 on the UK Albums Chart.
The band embarks on Love Is Dead N.A. Tour next month. The tour kicks off at The Ogden Theatre in Denver on August 6th and will wrap up at Orpheum Theatre Boston in Boston on October 21st.
