Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ Whinnie Williams Premieres New Song “What About Me”
London-based pop singer Jade Williams, aka Whinnie Williams has delivered a new song "What About Me" via streaming music services.
Back in August, she joined in Crystal Bats' latest song "Killing Me" as guest vocals. This time, Will Vaughan of Crystal Bats produced her new song, which has the essence of classic female-led pop song.
The track is taken from her upcoming debut album, which is expected to be released in 2018.
About the new song, Whinnie Williams said;
“I was going through a phase where I felt like I was helping a lot of people but wasn’t getting the same back, so I was In the studio with Will Vaughan from Crystal Bats and we were working on a song and I just sang out the line “What About Me!!” I wanted to tap into the Crystal Bats sound with my R&B melodies and I love the combination!”- Whinnie Williams is previously Sunday Girl. She debuted with "Four Floors" as Sunday Girl through Polydor Records in 2010. In the same year, she supported Ellie Goulding on tour.
In 2013, she announced the end of the Sunday Girl project, and released her first single and music video as Whinnie Williams.
