Demi Lovato performed "Instruction", "No Promises" and "Sorry Not Sorry" at Good Morning America Summer Concert in New York City’s Central Park. She took the stage with Jax Jones and Cheat Codes in the pouring rain.
"Instruction" was released by British DJ Jax Jones on June 16, 2017. She joined in the song as guest vocals along with British rapper Stefflon Don. It was written by MNEK, Stefflon Don, Demi Lovato and Jax Jones. This time, Stefflon Don did not appear on TV program.
"No Promises" was released by Los Angeles-based electronic music DJ trio Cheat Codes on April 11. The song was written by the group members, along with Lovato, Ari Leff, and Loote.
Before, Cheat Codes member Matthew Russell told Billboard, "She was our number one choice [for ‘No Promises’] and we sent it to her. She really connected with the song, and a few months later, she recorded it in the studio with Trevor and just kind of knocked it out. The thing with Demi is, the reason her vocals sound so good is because she’s singing from a real place of personal experience, and that’s why we wanted her on the song. She kind of put it into her own words."
"Sorry Not Sorry" is her latest song and taken as the first single from her upcoming sixth studio album. It was co-written by Sean Douglas, Trevor Brown, William Zaire Simmons and Oak Felder.
Recently, she has collaborated with sportswear line Fabletics to support the United Nations' initiative, Girl Up.- gv8WDBFtYKY
