Marshmello, P!NK & Sting Team Up for New Song “Dreaming”
American DJ Marshmello, American singer-songwriter P!NK and British singer-songwriter Sting teamed up to release a new song “Dreaming” on Ocotber 20, 2023.
This marks the first time Marshmello, P!NK and Sting have worked together.
The song interpolates Sting's 1993 smash hit “Fields of Gold”.
The track was written by Marshmello, Sting, Nick Gale, Richard Boardman, and Amanda 'Kiddo A.I.' Ibanez. Produced by Marshmello and Digital Farm Animals.
The song will appear on P!NK's upcoming deluxe edition of “TRUSTFALL”, which is set to be released on December 1, 2023.
P!NK teased the song with a trailer with behind-the-scenes shots of a promotional photoshoot, in which somebody asks the trio how they came together.
P!NK said, “That is a fantastic question,” Sting continued, “Marshmello was the prime leader of this.”
Marshmello said, “This is kind of the most maybe unexpected collaboration I think any of us ever thought or maybe the world might think.”
