American music producer DJ Khaled released a new song “STAYING ALIVE” from his upcoming thirteenth studio album “God Did” along with a music video on August 5, 2022.
This time, DJ Khaled teamed up with Canadian rapper Drake and American rapper Lil Baby on the track.
The song sampled British-Australian group Bee Gees' 1977 hit single “Stayin' Alive”.
It was written by DJ Khaled, Drake, Lil Baby, Nyan, Tim Suby, Barry Gibb, Maurice Gibb and Robin Gibb. Produced by Nyan and Tim Suby.
The accompanying music video was directed by RT!.
DJ Khaled said of the song, “When Drake wrote that hook… there's a reason why certain people are called genius. This is when you understand that word, it's called genius level.”
He continued, “The whole world is going to sing it, no matter what. Let's keep it real, I don't give a fuck what's playing. You can be in this mode, you can be in that mode, and then when this come on, everybody's in sync. It's like, 'Hey everybody, come together!'”
The new album is set to be released on August 26, 2022 via We the Best Music Group and Epic Records.- source : Apple Music
