Flume Releases New Song “Hollow” featuring Emma Louise
Australian DJ Harley Streten, aka Flume teamed up with Australian alt-pop singer-songwriter Emma Louise to release a new song “Hollow” along with a music video on May 17, 2022.
The song is taken from his upcoming third studio album “Palaces”, which is set to be released on May 20, 2022.
It was written by Harley Streten, Quinn Browning and Emma Louise. Produced by Harley Streten and Quinn Browning.
The accompanying video was directed by Jonathan Zawada.
Harley Streten told Zane Lowe of Apple Music 1 about the coolaboration with Emma Louise, “We’re old friends, she actually lives 20 minutes from my house in Byron so she’s close by as well. And we’ve been friends for years, she’s Australian and we just got together one day and we’ve been writing a bunch of music, actually. We actually might do something more because we’ve got so many songs together. But this one came about just really effortlessly and it feels like a nice, almost uplifting moment. It’s not too dark, which is nice.”
The new album is his first LP in six years and comprises 13-track, featuring guest appearances from Oklou, May-a, Kučka, Laurel, Virgen María, Emma Louise, Caroline Polachek and Damon Albarn.- NNCuXe-hHr0
