Sabrina Carpenter Drops New Music Video for “Feather”
American singer-songwriter and actress Sabrina Carpenter has dropped a new music video for “Feather” directed by Mia Barnes.
The song is featured on her fifth studio album deluxe edition “emails i can't send fwd:”, which was released back in March.
The track was written by Sabrina Carpenter, Amy Allen, and Lostboy, who also produced it.
She first performed the song at the MTV VMAs back in August.
Also, she recorded another version of the song for Spotify in October.
She said of the another version, “This version compared to the original version of 'Feather' is way less pop. And it's super funky and I think this is a really cool opportunity for the musicality of the song to show through. We build the song around a Wurli and a really tight bass line. Kind of pair with a little bit more of a laid back vocal. The song has so much attitude so it's really fun to be able to kinda express that in this version.”- kLbn61Z4LDI
