  • CLIPZ & Rudimental Premiere New Song “Thunderstorm” featuring Deyaz on BBC Radio 1

  • British DJ CLIPZ and British drum and bass band Rudimental teamed up to premiere a new song “Thunderstorm” on BBC Radio 1's Future Sounds with Jack Saunders.

This time, both artists recruited London-based singer-songwriter Deyaz on the track.
The track was written by George Moore, and Harry Stone. Produced by George Moore, Conor Bellis, and George Conway.
CLIPZ told Jack Saunders about this collaboration with Rudimental, “The radio boys hit me up and we're like, we've got this thing we want you to jump in on and help out with and they sent me an early rough version of it. And I was like, 'this is brilliant and then day as often and devote corners Wow, this is something special now', so I feel privileged to be part of it really.”
  • He continued, “We sent over the idea. We've known kids for years. Like we go back to that Annie Mac tours in presents. There were lots of backstage moments. We've been a fan for ages been playing these records and a lot of our DJ sets. so it made a lot of sense really you know, and we had the right moment the right idea the right time. Set however in a year and here we go, here we are.”

  • He said of Deyaz, “He's wicked songwriter very talented man. And it's been it's been a pleasure to work with him. You know what, like, he's sort of it. I can, you can clearly tell there's so much emotion there. And he talks about a lot of deep subjects and you could tell, he's got a lot to say. So that's what I like about it.”
Rudimental added, “Definitely. I think this is what he does. And maybe it's a different tempo for him a bit. But it's done like jungle drum. And bass style before but it worked.”
