Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ Press Club Premieres New Song “Cancelled” on ABC triple j
Australian alt-rock band Press Club, consisting of Natalie Foster (vocals), Greg Rietwyk (guitar), Iain Macrae (bass) and Frank Lees (drums), premiered a new song “Cancelled” on ABC triple j Good Nights with Bridget Hustwaite.
The song is their first music in two years since the 2020 single “Insecurities”.
It was written by Greg Rietwyk, Natalie Foster, Frank Lees and Iain MacRae. Produced by Greg Rietwyk and Press Club.
The accompanying music video was directed by the band's longtime collaborator Nick Manuell.
The band described the song as “an honest stocktake of one's former self, in crystallite retrospect.”
The song will appear on their upcoming third studio album (yet-untitled), the band have said at recent shows is almost finished.
