Swedish singer-songwriter Alma Caroline Cederlöf, aka GRANT has released a new song “Tilt” from her upcoming second full-length album “Truth & Consequences”.
The track was accompanied by a music video directed by Angelina Bergenwall.
It was written by Alma Caroline Cederlöf, and Peter Kvint, who also produced the track.
GRANT said of the song, “‘Tilt is a love song about sex and trust and how a person can make you feel safe and comfortable even in the most intimate and epic situations. With my back against his we create a mutual core and I think that’s really beautiful.”
Director Angelina Bergenwall said of the video, “Tilt is a depiction of the complete joy one can feel when having sex with someone you trust. It’s not necessarily empowering, or provocative – it just is. I do believe that sex can be so many different things I wanted to show sex in a more simple, easy but loving way. No fuss, just complete trust and pleasure.”- The new album is set to be released on May 20, 2022 via Sony Sweden. It is her first album in four years.
“In many ways you start to see yourself for the first time when observed by another person,” she said. “There are so many aspects of being close to someone I wanted to write about—like how sometimes I feel anxious or paranoid or annoyed or bored, even though everything with my partner is so lovely for the most part.
