- Will Bowes Premieres New Song “Mad At The World” on SoundCloud
- Canadian singer-songwriter and actor Will Bowes has delivered a new song “Mad At The World via SoundCloud.
It was written by Will Bowes produced by Andrew Dawson.
The song is a powerful pop ballad with a message of hope for us all, addressing the negativity we have all been recently subjected to.
"I consider myself to be a pretty positive and optimistic person," he explains. "I don't think I'm alone in feeling that the general state of the world has weighed heavily lately. Beyond the obvious social and political context, the recent attacks in Toronto were what really hit home and inspired me to write this song."
The song encourages us to look beyond fear in times of adversity, empowering us to speak up about the things that are important to us.
He contines, "Sometimes looking beyond fear and staying positive can feel impossible, especially in times of adversity. But it's important to forge on and not admit defeat, which is why I wanted to make sure the song also reflected that sense of optimism".
- Will Bowes is currently the lead singer in Toronto based soul-pop band Gold Complex, who released their self-titled debut EP in 2015.
As an actor, he appears on the 2018 film "The Kindness of Strangers" directed by Lone Scherfig, co-stars Andrea Riseborough, Caleb Landry Jones and Bill Nighy.
