Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ The Bonfyre Premieres New Music Video for “Automatic”
Back in August, Atlanta-based singer-songwriter Chelsey LaRue, aka The Bonfyre released her debut EP “Ready To Love” via HITCO.
From the EP, the music video for “Automatic” was premiered exclusively on Billboard on December 13th.
The video was directed by Michell Parker. The song is the second single following the debut song “Ready To Love” and is stylish contemporary R&B of the early-'80s.
“‘Automatic’ is all about knowing what you want, no games, no chase,” The Bonfyre said of the song. “Let’s get straight to it because this is what I want and I’m sure."
Chelsey LaRue started promoting her talent with cover versions uploaded to YouTube. A version of Refugee Camp All-Stars' "The Sweetest Thing," uploaded to SoundCloud, led to a deal with L.A. Reid's Hitco label.
She made her recorded debut with the EP "Ready to Love" as The Bonfyre in 2018.- >
