American singer-songwriter Christina Aguilera teamed up Spanish artists Becky G, Nicki Nicole and Nathy Peluso to release a new Spanish song “Pa Mis Muchachas” along with a music video.
The song is the lead single off of her upcoming second Spanish album, which is expected to be released in 2022.
She released the first Spanish album “Mi Reflejo” two decades ago.
Christina Aguilera told Billboard, “It's a big deal right now and it's really nostalgic and part of my Latin culture and history. So, this is really, really fun to get into some family roots and explore who I am now as a woman musically. Things are coming from a different approach.”
The track was written by Natalia Peluso, Nicole Denise Cucco 'Nicki Nicole', Rebbeca Marie Gomez 'Becky G' and produced by Afo Verde.
Christina Aguilera told PEOPLE, “We had so much material, we're going to release it in six song segments episodically throughout the next year, because it really tells a story and it takes you on this journey and adventure, experiencing different pieces of my past.
