LUCKY THIEF Releases New Song “Landlubber”
Bristol-based rock multi-instrumentalist Ed Jefferson, aka LUCKY THIEF released a new song “Landlubber” on May 19, 2023.
The song is the second single, following “Silencer”, from his upcoming debut album “D.I.Y”, which is expected to be released later this year.
He recorded the song with producer Dom Mitchison at at Humm Studios.
The track explores relationship insecurities and how people can change for all of the wrong reasons.
Ed Jefferson said of the song, “Landlubber looks at themes of paranoia, insecurity and regret in relationships, all of which I have experienced. In changing for the worst in a relationship, new behaviours come to light, even within yourself which you may never have expected.”
He took three years in the making his debut album, and spent the latter part of 2022 auditioning a full band to be able to take the album live throughout the UK in 2023.- source : Apple Music
