Madeline Juno Releases New Music Video for “Gift”
- Two years ago, Berlin-based singer-songwriter Madeline Juno released her sophomore album "Salvation".
The album "Salvation" comprises of 18-track, including her smash hit "Stupid Girl" and "You Know What?". After "Salvation" releasing, she issued the third studio album "DNA" in 2017.
From the album, the first single "Still", the second single "Gift" and promotional single "Halt mich fest" were released.
Last August, she dropped a new music video for “Gift”. The idea for the visuals of the video are inspired by British singer-songwriter Dodie's music video for "Intertwined".
Also, she resumes DNA tour at Stadtpark Cloppenburg in support of the album on May 1, 2018. The tour takes place in Germany through to June 2nd.

- About the video, she wrote on YouTube (original language German);
"My current single "Gift" tells the story of a toxic relationship between two young people. I wanted to produce a video that transforms a lovely setting into a place of horror. I wanted to bring out something that I put together myself, even though it would cost me my last nerve. And finally, for weeks, I stuck my fingers bloody, tinkered, stitched and made my head grumpy and edited. I am not a filmmaker and have no idea about my possibilities to tell a story. I hope you like the result. x"
Madeline Juno posted the her songs on YouTube when she was 14. In 2012, she toured along with Tom Beck and Philipp Poisel. She signed to Universal Music Group in 2013 and released a debut song "Error". In the same year, she joined in the soundtrack of the film "Pompeii".
She has released three albums "The Unknown", "Salvation" and "DNA", so far.
