Canadian singer-songwriter The Weeknd joined in Colombian singer-songwriter Maluma's “Hawái” remix.
The pair shared a new music video for the song on November 5th. Directed by Jessy Terrero of of Cinema Giants.
The original version of the song was released by Maluma as the second single from his fifth studio album “Papi Juancho” back in July.
It was written by Miky La Sensa, Juan Camilo Vargas, Jowan, Ily Wonder, Chan El Genio, Kevin ADG, Bull Nene, Keityn, Edge and Maluma.
“I have always admired the Weeknd so it feels nothing short of a dream come true to have him collab on ‘Hawái (Remix),’” Maluma said in a press release. “He brought another flow to it and sang in both Spanish and English which is impressive.”- source : Pitchfork
