GAYLE Releases New Song “everybody hates me”
American singer-songwriter Taylor Gayle, aka GAYLE released a new song “everybody hates me” on March 9, 2023.
The song is her first music since the 2022 EP “a study of the human experience volume two”.
The track was written by GAYLE, Carlie Hanson and Imad-Roy El-Amine. Produced by GAYLE.
“There was a point in my life where I felt like I wasn't getting respected and everything I was doing was being torn apart,” she said about the track. “I honestly felt like everybody hated me. Instead of drowning in it I felt empowered by it because I realized I didn't have to do anything for anybody else. Because when everyone hates you, you may as well like yourself and do what you want.”- She shaerd on social media, “i wrote this song in a point in my life where i was very insecure and i felt like i was criticized for anything i did and pretty quickly my coping mechanism was to turn negativity into empowerment because when everybody hates you, well you might as well like yourself!! after going to therapy i've learned to regulate my emotions and my perspective better (definitely not perfect) so i don't feel this way anymore but this was a veryyy long and specific moment of time for me sooo thank you Carlie Hanson Imad-Roy El-Amine for writing this little song baby with me.”
