Caroline Romano Drops New Music Video for “Oddities & Prodigies”
Nashville-based alt-pop singer-songwriter Caroline Romano dropped a new music video for “Oddities & Prodigies” from her upcoming debut album of the same name.
The song was released as the third single off of the album last September. The video was directed by Justin Key.
Caroline Romano said of the video, “I wanted the 'Oddities and Prodigies' video to be as theatrical as possible. I guess you could say it's a representation of the album or the way I write songs as a whole, in that it's real life, but intensely dramatized. Instead of just walking down the street, I wanted it to feel like you were watching a play or some inner monologue play out in real-time. If the album was a tv show, I think the video would be what played during the theme song, which is 'Oddities and Prodigies.' We shot it outside in Nashville in the middle of December, with just a projector and a portable treadmill. This video is kind of my way of saying 'welcome to the show.'”
The debut album comprises 16-track and is set to be released on February 25, 2022.- source : YouTube
