American singer-songwriter Scott Stapp, former Creed and Art of Anarchy, has released a new song “Purpose For Pain” from his upcoming solo album “The Space Between the Shadows”.
The album arrives in July via Napalm Records and is his first LP in six yeas.
“‘Purpose for Pain’ is about seeking a higher meaning, a spiritual mentality when dealing with our struggles and life’s painful moments,” Scott Stapp said in a statement. “There are unexplainable, dark times that everyone goes through, and that pain is real. If we can dig deep and hold on to hope during the most difficult situations, believing there is a purpose waiting for us on the others side, we can find meaning and clarity that gives us the strength to keep fighting.”
Scott Stapp will embark on a cross-country tour this summer in support of the album, kicking off at the Waterfest Concert Series in Oshkosh on June 20, 2019.
