Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ Isle of You Returns With New Song “Fallback”
Swedish pop duo Isle of You, consisting of Ida Johansson and Elina Danielsson, returned with a new song “Fallback”.
The track is their first single since the 2019 debut album “Party Until We're in Love”.
It was written by Elina Danielsson, Ida Johansson, and Herman Gardarfve who also produced the track.
Isle of You said of the song, “We have known each other all our lives but needed to get to know each other and ourselves again. It hurt terribly until we realized how obvious it is that we should be best friends and how well we complement each other. We wrote Fallback in five minutes. All creativity was released in the second we understood each other again.”
The duo continued, “Fallback goes out to all hopeless romantics who in a time of lockdown and isolation do not let fear and doubt stand in the way of love. It is grand and vulnerable, anxious and euphoric. The song reflects today's worries and fears, at the same time as it attracts into a hopeful cinematic world.”- source : Spotify
