Los Angeles-based Canadian singer-songwriter Maggie Szabo has shared a new song “Worth The Weight” from her upcoming EP.
The track follows up “I Don't Need You” released back in June. It was written by Maggie Szabo, Hayes Kramer, Rob Russell, and Sam Hanson. Produced by Los Angeles musician Sam Hanson.
The lyric video was directed by David Boisclair, Olivier Lessard.
The song features electric-pop sound with her soulful vocals. Maggie Szabo said, “I want it to be music people can have fun listening to, whether it's working out, running, partying, or just music you can dance to while you're putting on your makeup.”
