Dasha Releases New Song “Bye Bye Bye”
Nashville-based singer-songwriter Dasha released a new song “Bye Bye Bye” on September 13, 2024.
The song received its first play during BBC Radio 1's Future Pop with Mollie King.
The song serves up one of her catchiest choruses yet, revolving around acoustic guitar and a thumping stomp, she wrestles with the ups and downs of a toxic relationship.
It was written by Anna Dasha Novotny, Bardo William Novotny, Cole Hutzler, and Kenneth Travis Heidelman. Produced by Bardo, and Travis Heidelman.
The accompanying music video was directed by Emma Kate Golden.
The track is featured on the deluxe edition of her sophomore album “What Happens Now?”
The deluxe edition of the album comprises a 13-track, including the original 8 songs and 5 brand new tracks.
Dasha said of the album, “I've never really felt at home in any other space until the Country genre. Releasing the deluxe version of What Happens Now? Feels like the end of an era.”- She continued, ”I'm really proud of this project and the chapter we created together and it has set me up for even better and brighter things in the future. The world of Country generously opened their arms so big for me and my debut. Artists like Lainey Wilson, Jelly Roll, Kelsea Ballerini and Keith Urban have really encouraged me to go bigger and bolder while doing what I love as a human and an artist. For that, I'll be forever thankful.”

She shared on social media, “I feel so grateful to be able to make music with not only my best friends but also my big brother. I'm so SO proud of these songs. I feel like I finally found my sound as an artist after so many years of shooting in the dark and trying to make happen what my life is now.” - source : Apple Music
