Eleanor Releases New Song “Waste My Time”
Canadian singer-songwriter Eleanor Gebrou, aka Eleanor released a new song “Waste My Time” on March 24, 2023.
The song is taken from her upcoming debut EP “A Late Bloom”, which is expected to be released this summer.
The track was written by Eleanor Gebrou and John Fellner.
“If there's one thing I've learned, it's that time is fleeting. So don't waste my time, and I won't waste yours,” Eleanor Gebrou said of the song, “My song 'Waste My Time' was inspired by a friendship that was tiptoeing into a relationship. It's cheeky, flirty, and even has an unexpected lyrical reference in the chorus to 'Kiss The Girl' from Disney's The Little Mermaid. Writing this song helped me to recognize that not every song I write has to be deep and pensive, I can write things that feel light.
