Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter NERIAH announced her third EP “No One Cries Forever” would be released on March 17, 2023 via Create Music Group.
From the EP, she unveiled a brand new song called “Puppet On A String” on January 6, 2023.
The track was written by NERIAH, and Jason Parris who also produced it.
“This song is all about flipping the narrative of a toxic, manipulative relationship on its head and envisioning it from the other side, where you are the puppet-master in control,” NERIAH said of the song. “Writing this helped me reflect on how these situations look on the outside - people aren't puppets and sometimes you're just not meant for each other.”- source : Apple Music
