Norwegian DJ Alan Walker released two new songs “Somebody Like U” and “Blue” from his new EP “Walkerverse, Pt. I” on June 17, 2022
The EP comprises 5-track, including two previous songs and three new songs.
On “Somebody Like U”, Alan Walker worked with Antiguan-German singer-songwriter Au/Ra again following the 2021 “Out of Love”.
It was written by Mats Lie Skåre, Marcus Arnbekk, Fredrik Borch Olsen, Gunnar Greve, Øyvind Sauvik and Jamie Lou Stenzel.
Produced by Alan Walker, Kasper and Gunnar Greve. The accompanying music video was directed by Kristian Berg.
Alan Walker said, “For the last few months, I have been traveling far and wide to surprise Walkers from all walks of life, with the aim of giving them something special, namely the pendants. I met some of you backstage, some on stage, and others while you were out doing normal everyday stuff. I was moved by your reactions! On “Blue”, Alan Walker teamed up with Norwegian singer-songwriter Ina Wroldsen. Back in 2017, he released a remix of Ina Wroldsen's “Strongest”.
It was written by Mats Lie Skåre, Marcus Arnbekk, Fredrik Borch Olsen, Kenneth Nilsen, Gunnar Greve, James Njie and Anders Frøen.

Alan Walker said, “I had a blast shooting the content for Blue! It really didn't feel like a music video shoot as I got to play around in a buggy and climb an abandoned telescope. Yeah, my team wasn't too happy about the last part. A special thanks to the exceptional Ina Wroldsen for helping to bring the project to life.”-
