Toronto-based singer-songwriter Maya Killtron released a new song “Guaranteed” along with a music video.
This time, she collaborated with British producer Format-440 on the track.
The song will appear on her upcoming album “Persimmon”, which is expected to be released in 2022.
Maya Killtron said of the song, “Forbidden love never goes out of style. I wanted to capture the feeling of summer dates, roller skating, and dancing with a new love in my latest song, 'Guaranteed' ft. Format-440 – especially after 19 months of isolation and lockdowns.”
The accompanying music video was directed by Nicemark, starring Keegan Shim who is a leader in the Toronto dance community.
She said of the video, “I collaborated with director Nicemark on the official video for 'Guaranteed,' which stars a leader in the Toronto dance community named Keegan Shim. Not only is Keegan an amazing choreographer, roller skater and artist, he's also helped so many people learn to dance and skate, finding confidence through movement.”- source : SoundCloud
