Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter and American film maker J.J. Abrams' daughter, Gracie Abrams has released a new song “Stay”.
She worked with a producer Sam De Jong for the song. It follows up her debut song “Mean It” along with the music video, which was released last month.
Before the debut, she has shared three tracks “And She Will Miss You”, “blue” and “i kinda miss you” on SoundCloud.
She used Instagram into the music scene. But her instagram was public recently. “My parents are strict,” she told The Cut. “I couldn’t have a phone until eighth grade. My Instagram wasn’t even allowed to be public until two years ago. I think when they saw I was really passionate about music, they kind of knew it wasn’t about people hearing me, it was about the potential of other people having the possibility to do it.”
Now, she has 16,000 followers on Soundcloud, over 220,000 followers on Instagram.- source : Idolator
