American singer-songwriter Poppy covered American alt-rock band Jack Off Jill's “Fear of Dying”.
The original version of the song is included on Jack Off Jill's second and final studio album “Clear Hearts Grey Flowers”, which was released in 2000.
Back in March, Poppy was nominated for 63rd Grammy Awards for Best Metal Performance with “Bloodmoney” and performed a new song “Eat” from her upcoming fourth studio album. Also, she contributed another new song “Say Cheese” from the new album to professional wrestling program WWE NXT as the new official theme song.
The new album was almost finished. Poppy told Kerrang! last year, “Though the new album that I’ve made is going to be left open to interpretation by the listener, I would say that it still has the influence of heavy music.”- source : Spotify
