American actress and singer-songwriter Dove Cameron premiered a new song “LazyBaby” along with a music video directed by Jasper Soloff.
The song is the follow-up to “We Belong”, which was released last December.
The track was written by Dove Cameron, Melanie Joy Fontana, MarcLo, and Jonas Jeberg, who also produced it.
Dove Cameron shared on social media, “I'm grateful for my relationship with myself. I think that's where everything begins and ends and Lazy Baby really bridged that gap where I was able to laugh.”
She continued, “It's a funny song — it's exactly reframing heartbreak so that you can cope with it like 'I promised you would fuck up my life, why my kitty still got nine.'”
Last year, Dove Cameron joined in the Apple TV+ musical series “Schmigadoon!”, which wil be released this summer.
Also, she will reprise her role as Mal for an animated special “Descendants: The Royal Wedding” and will be cast in the upcoming CW series “The Powerpuff Girls” as Bubbles.- vM2kgK5VCSk
