Jacob Collier & Chris Martin Perform “Fix You” at The O2 Arena
British singer-songwriter Jacob Collier and British rock band Coldplay's Chris Martin dropped a new live video for “Fix You” on December 28, 2024.
Chris Martin joined in Jacob Collier's final World Tour to perform the song at The O2 Arena in London on December 9, 2024.
Also, 15,000 audiences joined in the song as a choir. The video was directed by Becky Garner.
Jacob Collier has often performed the song in his concert and also recorded it for There With Care, which provides fundamental services to families and children during the critical phase of a medical crisis, in 2020.
The original version of the song was released by Coldplay as the second single from their third studio album “X&Y” in 2005.
Chris Martin developed the song to comfort his then-wife, actress Gwyneth Paltrow, after her father died.
Jacob Collier said, “A moment I'll never forget. Fix You with Chris, accompanied by the O2 Audience Choir.”- Jacob Collier released his fifth studio album “Djesse Vol. 4” in February 2024.
The album was nominated for Album of the Year, Best Global Music Performance with “A Rock Somewhere”, and Best Arrangement, Instrumental or A Cappella with “Bridge over Troubled Water” at the 67th Annual Grammy Awards.
