Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ Sheryl Crow Releases New Song “Do It Again”
American singer-songwriter Sheryl Crow released the third single called “Do It Again” from her upcoming 11th (except Christmas album) studio album “Evolution” on February 9, 2024.
Sheryl Crow co-wrote and co-produced the song with producer John Shanks.
The track features R&B sound unlike the previous song “Evolution” with bluesy pop-rock sound.
She said of the song, “I feel like I’ve been writing this song for thirty years. To me, life is one long exploration in how to live joyfully. It’s a work in progress.”
The new album comprises a 9-track and is set to be released on March 29, 2024.
She publicly stated that she would not release another album after the release of her last album “Threads” in 2019.
But she change her mind during making the demos. Sheryl Crow said, “I started sending just a couple of demos to Mike, but the songs just kept flowing out of me and it was pretty obvious this was going to be an album.”- source : Apple Music
