  • Noah Kahan & Sam Fender Team Up for New Version of “Homesick”

  • American singer-songwriter Noah Kahan teamed up with British singer-songwriter Sam Fender to release a new version of “Homesick” on January 19, 2024.

This marks the first collaboration between Noah Kahan and Sam Fender.
The original version of the sonf is featured on Noah Kahan's third studio album “Stick Season”, which was released in 2022.
The track was written and produced by Noah Kahan, with production by Gabe Simon.
From the album, he has released five collaborative songs with Post Malone, Lizzy McAlpine, Kacey Musgraves, Hozier, and Gracie Abrams as new versions, so far.
“Noah actually came to my hometown of Newcastle when he was on tour, so we met up and I showed him around,” Sam Fender said in a statement. “I found it canny funny and flattering as he said in his east coast American accent, ‘I wanna see where these songs came from man’, so we hit the Lowlights Tavern for a swift Guinness and walked in the bitter cold of the sea-front. Chatting with him about things in both of our pasts made me realize how universal ‘Homesick’ is. We’ve all been that kid.”
